It’s easy to get started:

  1. Register as a user in the Support Portal.
  2. Register your case in the SupportPortal. Include as much information and documentation as possible for fastest processing of your case.
  3. You receive your case id through a confirmation email.
  4. We will process your request and contact you with a solution to your problem.
