Effectplan Support Portal

All support and cases are handled via our Support Portal, which is available to customers and partners with support contracts. As a contact person for your organisation, this is where you can register your support cases. We help you as a customer of ours as quickly as possible.

It’s easy to get started:

  1. Register as a user in the Support Portal.
  2. Register your case in the Support Portal. Send as much information and documentation as you can for the fastest possible processing of your case.
  3. You will receive your case ID in a confirmation email.
  4. We process your case and contact you with a solution to your problem.

Effectplan Customer Portal

As an Effectplan customer and partner, you also have access to our Customer Portal. This is where you can find more detailed information about Effectplan, instruction videos, best practice case studies and much more.
